Colour Sculpture

A series of decorated panels are painted by the children to become an eye catching sculpture to hang indoors or in your grounds.

The theme can be a subject of your choice. For the outdoor sculpture shown below, the children used the garden itself for inspiration. They used a variety of found objects to print onto their panels including wellington boots and leaves as well as poly-board stamps.

The coloured plastic sections create interesting effects in the sunlight, have a look at the image of the shadow shown below.

The panels are treated to protect them against the weather- but if you wish to display them indoors they can be arranged to fill any space and hang almost anywhere. Like the plastic in the outdoor sculpture, objects can be incorporated into the design to complete a theme.

The brushed aluminium frames can be supplied and installed on site. They are completely weather proof and can form the begining of an interactive sculpture that can be re-newed as each new year group joins the school.

The finished artwork makes quite an impact on its location.
